By accessing or using the TabiOro platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. TabiOro is operated by TabiOro LLC, a United States company.
TabiOro is a social travel platform that connects travelers heading to the same destinations. Features include activity coordination, community-sourced transport recommendations, in-app reputation (Aura Points), event-based chat, and a subscription-based rewards system.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use TabiOro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you submit is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TabiOro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) distribute spam or unsolicited communications; or (f) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
Aura Points are a virtual reputation metric with no cash value. Prize payouts for top community contributors are available exclusively to Premium subscribers and are subject to verification, payout minimums, and applicable tax withholding. TabiOro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
Certain features require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). All payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy. TabiOro does not process payments directly.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant TabiOro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TabiOro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TabiOro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TabiOro LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
