TabiOro LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the TabiOro platform.
Account information: Name, email address, and profile data you provide during registration.
Location data: GPS check-in data when you use location features within the app. You may disable this in device settings.
Usage data: App activity including events joined, recommendations made, votes cast, and messages sent. This is used for the Aura Points system and analytics.
Payment data: Subscription and payout information is handled directly by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Wise). We do not store full payment details.
Device data: Device type, OS version, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.
We use your information to: operate and improve the Service; personalize your experience; process subscription payments and prize payouts; send transactional notifications (event updates, join requests); detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and analyze aggregate usage trends via Firebase Analytics and BigQuery.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: (a) service providers who assist us in operating the platform (Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, Stripe, PayPal, Wise); (b) other users to the extent required by app features (e.g., your display name and Aura Points are visible to other users); and (c) law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event chat messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tabioro.com. We will respond within 30 days.
TabiOro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Our mobile apps use Firebase SDKs for analytics and crash reporting. These tools may collect device identifiers and usage patterns. You can limit tracking through your device's privacy settings.
Your data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using TabiOro, you consent to such transfers.
We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase App Check, server-side validation for all sensitive operations, and encrypted data transmission. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
